Rynda France has sold the last ten assets of Fonds Rynda en Primeur to Paluel-Marmont Valorisation (the property division of Compagnie Lebon) and a group of private investors. The portfolio comprises office/retail assets located mostly in various French cities and corresponding to a total surface area of around 46,000 sq. m. The project was partly financed by a bank loan arranged by the CIC Nord-Ouest bank. The advisers of Paluel-Marmont Valorisation for this transaction included ALAM (Arthur Loyd Asset Management), Uguen/Vidalenc & Associés (notary) and AMF-QSE (on technical issues).
