The Compagnie Lebon Board Meeting of 12 September welcomed Grace Leo as its new independent Director. The Board has now achieved perfect gender parity with a membership of five men and five women. The arrival of Grace Leo, a hotel administration specialist, on the Board means that Compagnie Lebon now has one specialist independent director for each of the Group’s business lines (Hospitality, Real Estate, Private Equity).
